NOTE: This support website is not connected to the Donut Dog App User Database. Creating an account or clicking "Forgot Password" on this website will not help with regaining your Donut Dog App password.


Currently there is no password reset feature but it is on the future feature list.

There are still 3 things that can be done.


1) In case you are switching to a new device or you just did a backup. Recover your (new) phone from the last backup.


2) Create a new account if you do not mind loosing all the progress and follow "Option A" here.


3) If option 1) or 2) did not work: Please send an email to support@Donutdog.freshdesk.com and mention the email you used for your account. This way I can search the servers database for your account email, set a new password for you and send it via email.
