NOTE: This support website is not connected to the Focus Dog App User Database. Creating an account or clicking "Forgot Password" on this website will not help with regaining your Donut Dog App password.

If you've forgotten your password for the Focus Dog app, don't worry – there's a simple process to reset it. Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

Step 2: On the login screen, locate and select the "Forgot password" option.

Step 3: You'll be prompted to enter your registered email address. After inputting your email address, click on "Reset password." This action will trigger the system to send you a verification email, and it will also display an input field for the confirmation code and a new password.

Step 4: Open your preferred email app and access the email you received from Focus Dog.

Step 5: In the email, you will find a confirmation code. Copy or remember this code from the email.

Step 6: Return to the app and paste the confirmation code into the designated input field. Then, set your new password as per your preference. After completing this step, click on "Save."

Step 7: The app will log you in. With your new password in place, you can login in the future and access your account using the updated credentials.
