I bought Focus Dog Pro on another device, do I need to buy it again?

The short answer is: no.

Using Focus Dog App on Multiple Devices

The Focus Dog app is not optimized for seamless multi-device support. However, you only need to make a single purchase per platform (e.g., Android or Apple devices). For instance, if you buy it once on an iPhone, you will have the license available for all other Apple devices. 

Running the app concurrently on multiple devices is not recommended, as one device will override the other. To illustrate this scenario, let's say you have two devices, labeled A and B. You've just purchased the PRO version on device A, but you don't see the PRO status reflected on device B.

To resolve this, follow these steps:

1. After purchasing the PRO version on device A, initiate a synchronization process by using the app as follows:

   - Restart/Start the app and wait for 3 seconds. or..

   - Start, stop and save a session.

   This will notify the server and upload the latest information associated with your PRO status.

2. After completing the synchronization process, restart the Focus Dog app on device B. You can do this by force-quitting the app and then relaunching it.

By following these steps, you should ensure that your PRO status is correctly recognized on all your devices, without any conflicts or discrepancies. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out for support.
