I Lost My Progress/Data - What Can I Do?

What happened to my data and progress?


I deeply regret to inform you that there have been incidents of data loss due to challenges with my previous database service provider. Despite substantial investments in their services, significant amounts of data were inadvertently lost on multiple occasions. As a result, I made the decision to transition to my own database solution starting from Update 3.16.0 and onward. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover the data that was permanently lost, and I genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.


How can I attempt to recover my account?


To recover your account, please consider the following options:


a) Reinstall the App:

   - Delete the app from your device.

   - Reinstall the app from the official store.

   - Log in to your account using your existing credentials.


b) Reset Password:

   - If you find that you cannot access your account, I recommend updating to the latest version of the app (Version 3.16.1 or higher).

   - After updating, click on the "reset password" option.

   - Follow the instructions to reset your password and regain access to your account.


Alternatively, if you encounter any issues or are unable to recover your account using the above methods, you can consider starting a new account.


How can I recover my purchases if needed?


If you need to recover your in-app purchases, follow these steps:


- Go to the app's settings.

- Look for the "PRO" section and click on it.

- Scroll down to find the "restore" option.

- Click on "restore" to recover your purchases.
